Everyone is familiar with cheese from cow’s milk. And, yes, it’s very good. But also very expected. For people willing to break from their routine, cheese made from goat’s milk can be a delightful surprise. We wanted to show people that Montchevre can make their food — and their lives – more interesting if they just give goats a try.
