Your United Adworkers Board is thrilled to announce that we are starting a podcast series entitled: “Honest. Hardworking. True.”

This podcast will feature special guests discussing industry happenings in Milwaukee and the ad scene at large.

We’ll kick each episode off with a round-table discussion and submitted listener questions, which can be tweeted to #Adworkers or sent via our contact form.


In our first episode, we welcome Adworkers President, Joe Sutter, Chief Creative Officer at GMR Marketing.

Joe Sutter – Chief Creative Officer – GMR Marketing

In his role as CCO, Joe oversees all of GMR’s creative functions, inspiring creativity and innovation across the company while leading a creative team of more than 70. With the agency since 2003, Joe’s visionary thinking and dedication to great work can be found in nearly all of the marquee programs emerging from GMR. He has worked in multiple categories and brings key insights and learnings to lead award-winning programs for GMR clients including the NFL, Comcast, MillerCoors, HBO, FX Networks, Bacardi, Lowe’s and Victory Motorcycles.

Joe also served as an associate professor at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee teaching senior-level courses in Professional Practice and Design Theory.
